The main idea is simple: The last person willling to bid 1$ more will take 1st position on the front page.
For example, if the last bid was 30$, you will take the first position with 31$. Then the "30$ advertising space" will be moved into second position still being instantly viewable and clickable.
Everyone is welcome to make a bid to buy one graphical advertising space.
The space you buy will always be accessible on the homepage by scrolling through all the images from the last bid to the first one. The 4 last bids will be directly visible on the homepage without scrolling.
No new bids can be accepted for 8 hours, so your image will be one of the four images in front page for at least 32 hours ( but it can stay much more longer if no new bids are made in the following hours) and don't forget that it will remain accessible to everyone scrolling up to your image.
The price of the top advertising space will inevitably increase at the same pace that the site becomes popular?
So how much will it cost to have your image and link staying in the front page of Just1DollarMore for several years?
5$, 35$, 120$? let's see...
You can display whatever you want, in the space you have purchased.
It can be :
- an advertisement for your website.
- a picture of your pet.
- a marriage proposal.
- a link to your facebook profile
- ...

The only limit is :
- no obscene or offensive images are allowed.
- no people on photos without authorization.
- no copyrighted material (unless you are the copyright owner or you purchased those rights).

You can also add a link on your image allowing visitors to click and go to your website. No link to obscene or offensive websites are allowed.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked website to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind.
If your image infringed some copyright or legal protection, it will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind.
As the price of the advertising space will increase with popularity, you will pay the fair price in relation to attendance, and don't forget that your image will be always accessible to everyone scrolling up to your image even if you only pay 5$.
The time during which this site will remain online depends on the largest bid taken.
if the largest Bid does not exceed $ 50 : The site will be kept online until end of 2013
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 50 : The site will be kept online until end of 2014
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 100 : The site will be kept online until end of 2015
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 150 : The site will be kept online until end of 2016
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 200 : The site will be kept online until end of 2017
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 250 : The site will be kept online until end of 2018
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 500 : The site will be kept online for at least 5 years after the last bid.

You can send jpg, png or gif files with a minimum width and height of 300 pixels, maximum width and height is 600 pixels, 150ko maximum.
The advertising space has a square shape but it's not mandatory for your image to actually be a square.
