-When you purchase an advertising space, it does not mean that you own part of the homepage or the site, but rather that you are granted the right to submit an image and a link which will then be published on the homepage in the corresponding space you have purchased.
-Payment will be made by Paypal.
- You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image and link you want on the frontpage. Exception can be made if you can supply a very good reason for a change of your image/link, eg. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.
-No new bids can be accepted for 8 hours, so your image will be one of the four images on the front page for at least 32 hours ( but it could stay much longer if no new bids are made in the following hours) and don't forget that it will remain accessible to everyone scrolling up to your image.
-If your image and link are accepted and have been published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund
-No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and I am the one to decide what is appropriate for this website. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise you will get a refund.
-If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked website to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind.
-Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
-The time during which this site will remain online depends on the largest bid taken.
if the largest Bid does not exceed $ 50 : The site will be kept online until end of 2013
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 50 : The site will be kept online until end of 2014
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 100 : The site will be kept online until end of 2015
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 150 : The site will be kept online until end of 2016
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 200 : The site will be kept online until end of 2017
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 250 : The site will be kept online until end of 2018
if the largest Bid exceeds $ 500 : The site will be kept online for at least 5 years after the last bid.
-If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the Just1moredollar.com, it is possible but you will not get a refund.
-Images must be jpg, png or gif files with a minimum width and height of 300 pixels, maximum width and height is 600 pixels, 150ko maximum. The advertising space has a square shape but it's not mandatory for your image to actually be a square.
-Images must not be animated
-Funds must be fully received and cleared before your advertising space will be online.
-There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance.
-You must have the authority to provide the image and link you submit.
-You must have the authority (being the copyright owner or having negociated the copyrights) to provide the image and link you submit. www.just1dollarmore.com shall not be held responsible for any misuse of image’s copyrights.
